We started with a package of five sessions and the first step was something she didn’t expect. She waited for me to explain how to talk to the children and how to handle them. But the first step was how to relax herself. We found ways to fit into her life which is very busy with working hours, home and children at the same time. We found ways for her to slowly learn to vent her anger outside the house. Not getting angry with the children at a time when the children need guidance and calm. We found ways for her to get to know herself better, which she had completely neglected in the past years.
She didn’t even know what she liked and didn’t like. She lives in the suburbs that are close to the sea and hadn’t even considered going out to enjoy it somewhere – even for 15 minutes. And above all, to use this wealth that nature provides her to get her mind in the air and to form the right thoughts.
